POM Wonderful is seeking a harvest monitor to ensure quality and quantity from pre-harvest through harvest in California's Central Valley. You will track bloom, estimate crop yields, assist with harvest sequencing, and collect fruit samples for the lab.

This hands-on role offers exposure to a fast-paced agricultural operation under the POM Wonderful brand, with opportunities to contribute to crop planning and fruit quality decisions.

Base Compensation: $19.25/ hour
