Job summary

An-Cor Industrial Plastics, Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our FRP manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, quality control, and safety enforcement to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing, FRP experience preferred, and strong ability to read blueprints. Weekend work may be required; a high school diploma is required with an Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations; FRP experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in production scheduling, process optimization, and safety compliance.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of FRP fabrication and fiberglass layup is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and FRP fabrication operations.
• Lead and support production employees to hit daily/weekly goals.
• Develop and manage production schedules and assign tasks.
• Monitor labor hours, productivity, and efficiency.
• Read blueprints and ensure compliance with specs.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain safe, organized production environments and procedures.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling.
