Job summary

Nature's Touch is hiring a High Reach Forklift Operator for our Front Royal, VA facility. You will operate a reach forklift in a -10°F cold storage, perform put‑aways, counts, and inventory integrity tasks on a 2nd shift (2:45pm‑11:15pm).

Requirements include current forklift certification and at least four years of freezer experience, plus strong communication and attention to detail. Competitive benefits and a 1.00 USD shift differential apply.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification and 4+ years Reach forklift experience in freezer.
• Ability to read and follow safety and inventory procedures.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets within the freezer and put away pallets with food product.
• Check and count freight for accuracy; take stock counts as needed.
• Direct product to correct warehouse area; assist staging for production.
• Transfer materials between warehouse areas and ensure inventory accuracy.
