Job summary

Simmons Prepared Foods Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the frozen warehouse operations, ensuring safety and audit readiness in accordance with FDA/USDA regulations and customer specifications.

You will lead Warehouse Supervisors, coordinate staffing for customer orders and freezer needs, and track inventory while collaborating with HR, Safety, Maintenance, QA and Finance to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field, or 4 years related work experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising or leading employees in Shipping and Receiving or related field.
• Experience in a food processing or frozen distribution environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization and safety of frozen warehouse operations.
• Lead Warehouse Supervisors and coordinate staffing to meet customer orders and freezer needs.
• Track frozen inventory and oversee picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Ensure audit/tour readiness and compliance with Simmons policies, FDA/USDA regulations, and customer specs.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Maintenance, QA, Finance to meet production goals.
