Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Frozen Sales Analyst to join the Sales Analytics team. You will collaborate with Customer Account Managers to generate insights and drive market share for Nestlé’s brands, focusing on 4P reporting, data sources, and data storytelling.

The role requires 18+ months in retail sales analytics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly, with a trajectory toward contributing to category growth.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel (XLOOKUPs, pivots, etc.).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support current business needs and drive category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and other data resources.
• Exhibit category expertise with a strong understanding of the broader business landscape.
• Utilize data visualization and storytelling to support sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools essential to Nestlé’s customer teams.
• Pull data for ad hoc analysis from various sources including retailer platforms and internal resources.
