Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous grocery, frozen foods, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stocking procedures, and merchandising practices preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily frozen department activities: stocking, replenishment, merchandising.
• Ensure cases, displays, and promotional areas are stocked and maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the department.
• Ensure standards for appearance, pricing, and availability are met.
