• Stay updated with ads and promotions.
• Assist management with budget, P&L reviews and financial reporting.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels; flag discrepancies.
• Plan and supervise inventory processes and inventory-related training.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Report safety risks or illegal activity.
