Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Answer questions about products and where to find items.
• Maintain knowledge of products and respond to questions or suggestions.
• Inform customers of specials and promotions.
• Recommend items to help customers meet needs.
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Display a positive attitude and be helpful.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures.
• Notify management of accidents or safety risks.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed.
