Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. Achieve sales and profit goals for the department, monitoring and controlling all quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities within the department. Support the day-to-day operations of the Frozen Foods department. Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service. Minimum qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred qualifications:

  • Second language skills (speaking, reading, or writing)
