Reports To: Center Store Manager

Enjoy working with cheese and dairy, stocking products, and providing excellent guest service in Wisconsin's dairyland, helping fuel the state's popular frozen pizza tradition.

Job Description

What You'll Do: As a Frozen Food & Dairy Associate, you will:

• Provide Helpful Guest Service: Greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns professionally, making a positive impact daily.
• Assist with Product Requests: Help guests locate frozen and dairy items, including taking special orders.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and free of spills.
• Efficient Inventory Management: Rotate stock using the first-in, first-out method and ensure product levels meet standards.
• Ensure Product Availability: Keep products available and well-displayed, monitoring inventory levels.
• Support Department Standards: Maintain quality, availability, and cleanliness of the Frozen/Dairy section.
• Honor Commitments: Attend work as scheduled, providing notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

• Effective Communication Skills: Interact tactfully with guests and team members.
• Safety Awareness: Follow safety protocols and recognize hazards.
• Equipment Knowledge: Learn to operate equipment safely, including lifting techniques and machinery.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
