Overview of Responsibilities

Grocery Clerks at Sprouts Farmers Market work in various store areas, including the Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Departments. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling frozen foods bins, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, and moving products to the sales floor using different equipment. They also rotate merchandise to ensure freshness. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Note: Team Members under 18 are restricted from tasks involving knives (except safety cutters), ladders, garbage or cardboard compactors, motor/electronic equipment (including manual pallet jacks), and working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old
• Dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respectful and maintain a high-level code of ethics aligned with Sprouts' culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Positive attitude and good interaction skills with customers
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions and work in a team
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., moving them up to 5 feet, for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned
