Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and all personnel.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Ability to apply on-the-job safety training to recognize hazards and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to all guests.
• Assist guests by locating items in the department.
• Stock and rotate products using FIFO and maintain display standards.
• Maintain clean, tidy sales floor and ensure 100% quantity checks at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Attend shifts as scheduled and arrange coverage for absences.
