Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Frozen & Dairy Dept Lead to oversee operations in the absence of the Department Manager in our Tioga, ND location. You will ensure fresh and high-quality products, drive merchandising standards, and engage with guests through suggestive selling and friendly service.

You will train new employees, handle guest calls, take special orders, and maintain health and sanitation compliance while creating appealing displays to attract shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Frozen & Dairy Departments in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Assist with merchandising standards and ensure the department is stocked while rotating out-of-date merchandise.
• Provide training to new employees, answer guest phone calls professionally, and take special orders.
• Ensure exceptional guest service, engage with guests, perform suggestive selling, create appealing product displays, and uphold health, safety and sanitation regulations.
