Brookhaven Market in Mokena, IL is seeking a full-time, onsite Frozen/Dairy Manager to keep shelves full, execute smoothly, and create a shopping experience that feels easy even when busy.

You will lead daily operations: stock, rotate, and face merchandise; manage inventory, place orders, ensure food safety, and coach your team. The role offers to partner with store leadership and other department managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the dairy or frozen food sector.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
• Ability to stand and walk the duration of scheduled shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Run the Cold Case

Brookhaven Market is looking for a full-time, onsite Frozen/Dairy Manager in Mokena, IL, earning $19–$22/hr. This role is here to keep the dairy and frozen departments in great shape—full shelves, smooth execution, and a shopping experience that feels easy (even when it’s busy).

You’ll lead the day-to-day flow: stock, face, and rotate product to standard; track inventory and place orders so favorites stay available; and keep food safety rules and company policies locked in. Freezer-to-Front Flow

Start with a quick sweep of the coolers and cases—checking dates, spotting low spots, and setting the Dairy/Frozen Manager game plan for the day.

You’ll touch base with your crew, assign priorities, and keep the pace steady as the aisle heats up (ironic, we know).

Between deliveries, you’ll answer shopper questions, straighten tags and endcaps, and keep the department looking sharp.

Wrap up by syncing with other managers so the store stays in step.
