Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC frosting recipes and production methods with precision.
• Utilizes measuring instruments and equipment to bake and frost cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking; loads pans and monitors oven.
• Maintains proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked goods; logs baking activities.
• Supports Bakery Manager in production planning and inventory monitoring.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstation; adheres to health and safety guidelines.
