Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in East Wichita is seeking friendly, part-time Frosters to bring joy to guests with cake. Previous bakery experience is a plus but not required.

Part-time Frosters will be scheduled 20–25 hours per week, Mon–Sun with every other Saturday and Sunday work. Pay range is based on experience and is $12.00–$14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience required, bakery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Frosting all cakes according to NbC standards.
• Maintain par levels of cakes for walk-in guests.
• Keep up with pre-ordered and waiting cakes.
• Make frosting when needed.
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.

Part time Frosters will be scheduled 20-25 hours per week Monday-Sunday. We require all employees to work every other Saturday and Sunday. Pay range is based on experience.

Bakery hours are Monday-Wednesday: 10am-7pm, Thursday-Saturday: 9am-7pm, Sunday: 11am-4pm.

Morning availability (9:00AM-4:00PM) is a plus!

Must have good communication and organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task while paying special attention to detail. The Froster position is a fast-paced environment!

• Frosting all cakes according to NbC standards

• Keeping up with pre-ordered and waiting cakes
• Making frosting if needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing workstation and equipment

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery environment is a plus.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
