Job summary

Mondelez International in Brentwood, CA is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. You will represent iconic brands, stock shelves, and execute displays to ensure products are in stock and visible.

You’ll drive store visits, manage product orders via iPad, and collaborate with store teams to maximize in-store impact. The role requires independent work with a proactive mindset, physical capability for lifting up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license for state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude and self-motivation for independent work.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and moving product as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support display visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM-driven schedules for efficient coverage with retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
