Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of San Angelo, TX; secondary Brownwood, TX.
• Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun; start by 5 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance.
• Follow RTM daily schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant in a physically demanding role.
