Capital Vacations is seeking experienced Vacation Ownership Sales Closers (T.O.) to join the Voyage Team in Orlando, FL. You will close our exclusive 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership after the initial presentation, delivering a consultative sales experience that leads to confident buying decisions.

This is a commission-based role with weekly commissions, monthly bonuses, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License required.
• Experience as Vacation Ownership Sales Closer or similar closing role.
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.

Capital Vacations is seeking experienced Vacation Ownership Sales Closers (T.O.) to join our specialized Voyage Team.

Unlike a traditional timeshare ownership sale, this role focuses on closing our exclusive 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership— a flexible vacation ownership product designed to introduce qualified owners and guests to the Capital Vacations lifestyle.

Position Overview

As a Vacation Ownership Sales Closer on the Voyage Team, you'll meet with qualified owners and guests after their initial presentation to introduce Capital Vacations' exclusive 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership.

You'll help guests understand how the Voyage program provides years of flexible travel opportunities while delivering a personalized, consultative sales experience that results in confident buying decisions.
