Job summary

TJ Maxx in Germantown, TN is hiring for a Loss Prevention role to support store management and protect the company brand. You will deter theft, wear a body worn camera, greet customers, and maintain a visible presence at the front of the store while collaborating with LP and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a complete uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Position yourself at the front of the store or in a department.
• Assist customers by directing them to management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
