Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist nurse with patient care per unit needs and scope of education and experience.
• Take vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and document data in the EMR.
• Perform blood glucose monitoring and basic lab specimen handling as directed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment at bedside and in rooms per unit routines.
• Report patient changes and assist with communication between patient, nurse, and team.
