Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Serve as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear the Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and show courtesy and respect.
• Direct customers to management or customer service via radio for assistance.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
