Responsibilities

• Unload tools, prepare site materials, stack materials, and set up equipment.
• Follow project instructions from construction manager or supervisor.
• Direct traffic safely around the construction or road maintenance site.
• Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report violations to management.
• Safely operate tools such as pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, and grinders.
• Load/unload construction supplies from trucks manually or with equipment.
• Prepare new construction sites by digging, moving dirt, and exposing utilities.
• Clean debris and hazardous materials; keep equipment clean and stored.
