Job summary

CITADEL in Tamuning, Guam is looking for a Customer Service Attendant (CSA) to provide efficient and friendly service to customers. The CSA will assist with fueling, maintain cleanliness, and complete sales transactions. This role requires a high school diploma and certification in Alcohol Management. Qualifications

• Current certificate in techniques of Alcohol Management and Eating & Drinking/Food Establishment Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service on the forecourt and in the shop.
• Assist customers with fueling of vehicles.
• Respond to site emergencies and participate in mandatory training.
