Job summary

CITADEL is hiring a Merchandiser in Tamuning, Guam. The Merchandiser will ensure adherence to company standards and compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policies. Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service, managing product orders, executing Planograms, and maintaining quality and cleanliness standards. Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Understanding of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service in the shop.
• Interact positively and proactively with customers.
• Comply with HSSE and Food Safety standards.
• Execute all Category Manager Planograms.
• Manage all Dried goods, Telecom and Beverage orders.
• Conduct monthly inventory and adhere to inventory controls.

Education

High school diploma or GED Certificate

Valid Health Certification Techniques of Alcohol Management
