Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking an entry-level Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide immediate, compassionate care and safe transport for patients in medical emergencies. This role supports patient safety and timely treatment in alignment with hospital protocols and B Safe program.

The EMT will complete Basic Life Support, CPR, and ensure compliance with Ohio DPS requirements where applicable, with no prior experience required for candidates who have EMT training and certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved EMT training program as required by the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
• Current EMT certification from the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Medical Services; valid driver's license; current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications.
• No prior experience required; entry-level role for candidates who have completed EMT training and certification.
