Celebration Cinema Lansing is looking for friendly Cast Members to help guests with tickets, food and beverages, and to deliver Celebrated Service in a fast-paced movie theater environment.

The role involves weekend and holiday shifts, standing for long periods, light lifting, and maintaining a clean, welcoming venue. Unlimited free movie perks add to an exciting entertainment workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Weekend availability preferred (evenings, holidays, and weekends).
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs and perform cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the box office and assist guests with tickets, food, and beverages.
• Prepare guests' food and beverages.
• Provide Celebrated Service to ensure a great movie-going experience.
• Direct guests to the appropriate theater and maintain a clean venue.
• Support in keeping theatres clean between shows and as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Our theatres are the busiest on the weekends, so, ideally having weekend availability is preferred, but we do also offer limited matinee/day time shifts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working at our box office and/or assisting guests in purchasing tickets, food, and beverages
• Preparing guests food and beverages
• Providing Celebrated Service and helping our guests to have an enjoyable movie going experience
• Directing guests to the appropriate theatre
• Cleaning theatres in between show times and as needed
• Assist in maintaining an overall clean work and guest environment
• Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Preferred availability: Evenings, Holidays and Weekends (Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and outgoing
• Ability to be on your feet and active for 8 or more hours, climb stairs, lift up to 40lbs, and use basic cleaning equipment
• A team player who’s willing to go above and beyond for guests and peers!
