Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 1–2 years of customer service, cash handling, or retail.
• Preferred qualifications: experience in financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales performance: support growth targets and assist with client introductions to drive sales initiatives.
• Client experience: resolve questions, problems and complaints to deliver a positive client experience.
• Risk management: perform accurate daily financial transactions while adhering to policies and regulations.
