Qualifications

• One year of general work experience or an education-based qualification for entry level.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a full four‑year course of study from an accredited college or university.
• Combination of experience and education may qualify for the role.

Responsibilities

• Detect and question individuals suspected of immigration and customs violations.
• Inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
• Patrol borders and coastal areas using a variety of government assets.
• Perform checks on farms, buildings, traffic, cities and transportation.
• Interpret tracks and evidence of illegal entry or contraband.
