Job summary

Prime Intellect, Inc. is building the open frontier AI stack with a focus on embodied agents, long-horizon tasks, and post-training methods.

The team will partner with robotics experts to create robust evaluation, sim-to-real pipelines, and safe learning loops that push the boundaries of frontier AI. We seek researchers who can design environments, run external robotics collaborations, and advance both theory and production-grade tools for real-world deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in robotics, embodied AI, RL, imitation learning, or production systems interacting with physical world.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training, post-training, agent, evaluation loops.
• Strong Python and ability to build artifacts that others can run, inspect, and extend.
• Comfort owning ambiguous problems and keeping partners updated as you resolve them.

Responsibilities

• Build simulation and real-world environments for training, evaluation, and careful sim-to-real comparison.
• Develop long-horizon agents that perceive, plan, act, remember, and recover under hardware constraints.
• Train using offline and online RL, demonstrations, interventions, and outcome feedback.
• Design rewards and evaluations for task success, safety, adaptation, and continual improvement without regressions.
