Anthropic Limited is offering a four-month fellowship in San Francisco for researchers to collaborate with Anthropic teams. Fellows will work on well-scoped projects, have access to frontier Claude models, and join a cohort of colleagues from related fields.

Qualifications

Hold (or are completing) a PhD in philosophy, cognitive science, economics, policy or law, or have equivalent research experience.
Hands-on experience using Claude and Claude Code in day-to-day workflow.
Excellent ability to design evaluations and tests for AI models.

Responsibilities

Identify open problems in your field and use Claude to advance them.
Assess societal challenges and Claude's strengths/weaknesses for addressing them.
Design evaluations and RL environments to test models in your field.
Collaborate with Fellows to build environments that push Claude on tough problems.
