Anthropic invites STEM researchers to join its four-month STEM Fellows Program in San Francisco, working in small pods to tackle grand open problems with Claude. Fellows pair deep domain expertise with frontier models and internal tooling to define the hardest questions in their discipline, building datasets and simulations for Claude to train and test.

Applicants should hold a PhD in a STEM field, have years of experience, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Formación

• Hands-on experience using Claude and Claude Code in day-to-day workflow.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-agency environment for several months.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the program.

• Build comprehensive datasets, simulations, and evaluations to test systems.
• Apply Claude to open problems and integrate scientific tools into workflows.
