Job summary

Roboflow, Inc. is seeking an Operations staff member on the Frontier Data team to own the delivery engine behind datasets and environments shipped to leading AI labs.

You will take engagements from intake to shipment, translating fuzzy requirements into concrete specs and automating repetitive tasks where possible. You will collaborate with researchers and engineers to ensure quality, scale processes, and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks, enabling efficient data products

Qualifications

• Experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and good judgment.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work across research and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
• Build processes to make quality visible, measurable, and enforced.
• Interface with researchers and engineers at AI labs to shape data products.
• Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.
