Job summary

Roboflow is seeking an Operations Staff member on the Frontier Data team to own the delivery engine for datasets and environments shipped to AI labs. You will take engagements from intake to final shipment, translating fuzzy requirements into concrete specs and automating repetitive tasks.

You will collaborate with researchers and engineers to shape data products, build scalable processes, and plan capacity across contributor and reviewer networks, ensuring quality and timeliness.

What You'll Do

As a Member of Operations Staff on our Frontier Data team, you’ll own the delivery engine behind the datasets and environments we ship to leading AI labs. Every engagement runs through you: you take it in, scope it, stand up the process, run it, review the output, and ship it. You’ll work directly with researchers and engineers at partner labs to translate fuzzy requirements into concrete specs, and with our engineers to automate anything you find yourself doing twice.

Who You Are

You are a highly organized operator who thrives on ownership and who wants to be an important part of an exceptional team that focuses on using Roboflow’s computer vision platform to advance frontier model capabilities.. You have high agency and a bias toward action.

Where You'll Work

Roboflow is a fully distributed company with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Singapore, and Brazil. Roboflow Labs works in person in San Francisco. We host full company retreats twice per year.

What You'll Receive

The target compensation for this role is $150,000 - $300,000 base salary commensurate with experience as well as equity in the company. Total cash comp is expected to scale significantly with growth of Roboflow Labs.
