Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned leader for frontier cyber initiatives. You will drive cyber agentic frontier capabilities, including safety, threat modeling, and defense architectures, working with global teams.

Strong background in cybersecurity, cryptography, and agentic AI is required, with the ability to influence senior executives. You will guide multi-year transformation programs, collaborate with clients, and shape strategic roadmaps across EY’s frontier and core cyber capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cyber security and related standards.
• Experience with cyber defense principles and attack modeling.
• Familiarity with agentic AI in cyber contexts.
• Ability to advise executives and influence decisions.
• Strong roadmap, architecture and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for cyber agentic frontier capabilities.
• Develop and drive frontier programs, assessments and roadmaps.
• Shape go-to-market strategy for Cyber with global teams and partners.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI model safety and frontier architectures.
• Produce executive-level documentation and architecture artifacts.
• Lead PoCs to validate defensive architectures.
