Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Cyber Lead for the Next Frontier to advance frontier cyber capabilities and agentic AI safety. You will guide technical strategy, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with global markets to deliver enterprise-grade defenses and architecture governance.

You’ll work with EY’s frontier teams to prototype PoCs, model risk considerations, and scalable cyber solutions, reporting to the Next Frontier Cyber Lead. A strong background in cybersecurity and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 12–15+ years in cyber security and related fields.
• Experience advising executives on cybersecurity strategy and emerging tech.
• Strong background in cryptography, cyber standards and defense architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for cyber agentic frontier capabilities and assessments.
• Drive cyber frontier programs, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Shape GTM strategy for Cyber in collaboration with Global Markets and sector teams.
• Advise senior leaders on AI model sandboxes, safety, and architecture governance.
• Lead PoC development and evaluation of frontier cyber platforms and defenses.
