Job summary

EY is seeking a leader to advance frontier cyber capabilities, focusing on agentic AI, frontier models, and practical defense frameworks. The role spans strategy, architecture, research collaboration, and enterprise-wide delivery across EY’s networks in the US.

The position requires deep cyber expertise, demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate complex security problems into actionable plans for executives and clients.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field with significant cyber safety experience (12–15+ years).
• Hands-on experience implementing and securing enterprise cybersecurity and crypto systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing and reviewing enterprise architectures, reference models, and distributed system designs.
• Experience leading multi-year enterprise cyber and transformation programs, TLS modernization and PKI redesign.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for cyber agentic frontier defense capabilities across the enterprise.
• Develop and drive cyber agentic frontier programs, assessments, and roadmaps.
• Shape and support GTM strategy for Cyber by collaborating with global markets and alliance partners.
• Advise senior stakeholders on risks, architectures, and opportunities in cyber agentic frontier safety.
• Lead PoCs and experiments using frontier cyber platforms to validate defensive architectures.
• Produce executive-level documentation, architecture blueprints, and whitepapers.
