Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader for frontier cyber within the Next Frontier initiative. The role focuses on practical agentic AI security, world models, red teaming tooling, and strategic modernization of infosec for the AI era.

The candidate will guide technical and business leadership, influence governance, and drive enterprise security across EY’s cyber frontier program. Direct leadership of a cyber development team, collaboration with global markets, and interaction with executive stakeholders

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in cybersecurity, CS, math, physics, or related field with 12–15+ years of cyber safety experience.
• Hands-on experience securing enterprise cybersecurity and crypto systems.
• Experience designing and reviewing enterprise architectures and distributed system designs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for frontier cyber capabilities.
• Develop Cyber Agentic frontier programs, assessments, and roadmaps.
• Shape and support go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Cyber with global markets and partners.
• Advise senior executives on AI model sandboxes, model misbehavior, and defensive agentic capabilities.
• Produce executive-ready architecture blueprints, whitepapers, and technical reports.
• Lead engineering teams and establish governance for cyber frontier initiatives.
