Job summary

Fluidstack seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to own compute turn-up from facility readiness to production. You will qualify racks at scale, configure firmware and BMC/BIOS, and run burn-in across hundreds of racks for GPU and accelerator platforms.

You will drive the base-management Kubernetes provisioning stack, triage failures, and operate remotely with on-site data hall pulses during new hall readiness windows.

Qualifications

• Experience bringing large server or GPU fleets to production across hundreds of nodes.
• Deep Linux expertise with out-of-band management (BMC/IPMI/Redfish).
• Automation skills in Python or Go to reduce manual toil.
• Worked in data halls, racks, cabling, and hardware turnover workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own compute turn-up from facility readiness to production handoff.
• Qualify racks at scale: firmware baselines, configure BMC/BIOS, burn-in, validation.
• Drive provisioning with the base-management Kubernetes stack and related tooling.
• Triage hardware failures, isolate components, and coordinate RMAs.
• Support remote turn-up with periodic on-site data hall pulses during launches.
