Job summary

Fluidstack in New York seeks a seasoned data center network engineer to deploy and validate production infrastructure. You will configure switches, validate optics, coordinate cabling, and drive deployments end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data center network engineering experience.
• Familiarity with modern fabrics EVPN/VXLAN, BGP, CLOS.
• Experience configuring production infrastructure and field work.
• Ability to document network changes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and validate data center network infrastructure (front-end, back-end, BMS, management).
• Configure switches, install optics, coordinate cabling, drive deployments to completion.
• Ensure production standards: validate fiber, OTDR traces, and write as-builts.
• Partner with teams to identify blockers and keep multi-team efforts on track.
• Provide operational support during deployments and after, including incident response.
