Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure and seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to own compute turn-up from data halls to production workloads. You will qualify racks, manage firmware bases, BIOS, and validation, and drive provisioning through a Kubernetes-based platform with robust tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience bringing up server or GPU fleets at scale (hundreds of nodes) to production.
• Deep Linux expertise and hands-on hardware management (BMC/IPMI/Redfish).
• Automates hardware workflows using Python or Go.

Responsibilities

• Own compute turn-up from facility readiness to production workloads.
• Qualify racks at scale: firmware baselines, BIOS, and validation.
• Drive base-management provisioning via Kubernetes platform and tooling.
• Triage hardware failures and coordinate RMA with vendors.
• Operate turn-up remotely with occasional on-site pulses.
• Collaborate with network, ICT, and data center ops during turn-ups.
