Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure in San Francisco and beyond. You will contribute to software that automates hiring, capital planning, and financial workflows across finance, legal, and operations.

The role demands ownership, fast execution, and deep collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will ship features using Go, Python, or TypeScript, work with LLM APIs and agent frameworks, and help scale systems that touch procurement, contracts, and payments.

Qualifications

• Shipped production Go, Python, or TypeScript code.
• Built features on LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
• Work daily with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
• Identify problems, design solutions, and ship without waiting for direction.
• Move fast under deadline while maintaining solid foundations.
• Collaborate with finance, lawyers, recruiters, or auditors to drive adoption.
• Product taste shown in interface design and workflows.
• Bonus: ERP and fixed asset accounting, FP&A, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Build the hiring machine as software.
• Build the cash view the company runs on: turn POs, contracts, and milestones into schedules.
• Create a capital pipeline from budget to spend tied to build milestones.
• Parse MSAs, change orders, and side letters into obligations, prices, and deadlines.
• Embed cross-functional teams through close, drawdowns, and approvals.
