Cognizant is seeking a Frontiera Principal to lead AI-augmented delivery and AI-era operating model initiatives. You will co-design AI transformation strategies with C-suite clients, govern frontier-model evaluation, and steer risk and safety policies with enterprise impact.

The role demands 20+ years of enterprise AI leadership, ownership of Frontier practice P&L, and the ability to influence across ISL standards. Strong client-facing and strategic collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 20+ years in enterprise AI leadership and governance.
• Earn the Frontier Principal designation through sustained leadership and external authority.
• Experience delivering AI-native systems end to end within enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Set the strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery or AI-era operating model.
• Co-design AI transformation strategies with C-suite stakeholders and produce transformation blueprints.
• Define evaluation frameworks for frontier-model deployment, including safety benchmarks.
• Govern adversarial-AI risk and AI safety policy; lead incident-response strategy.
• Own the direction and P&L of a Frontier practice; develop outcome-based commercial models.
• Maintain the Frontier learning community, methodologies and gold standards.
