Qualifications

• 3+ years in top tier strategy consulting from McKinsey, Bain, BCG or other leading consultancy
• Proven client ownership with strong relationship management and commercial experience
• Analytical mindset with comfort in data and numbers and how they are produced
• Genuine interest in frontier AI and ability to form informed opinions about where AI is heading
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, high responsiveness, and full ownership of accounts
• Appetite for a steep technical ramp; willingness to learn Python and run scripts

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with frontier AI teams as their primary relationship owner
• Develop deep expertise in AI benchmarking and the industry stack
• Own the front door for clients: field inbound requests and pre-release benchmarking
• Interpret results for clients, explaining strengths and relative position to the field
• Grow the business end to end from initial outreach through closing
• Manage accounts through full lifecycle including renewals and escalations
• Ensure delivery of benchmark runs, analysis, and commitments to clients
• Contribute to product and benchmarking work, 20% of time
• Embrace an AI-native workflow using cutting-edge AI tools
