Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering with distributed systems fundamentals.
• Strong Python programming skills for production software.
• Experience building or deploying AI-powered apps using modern LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or vector stores.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern production infra.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate toward production solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for direct work with enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy production AI systems for enterprise environments.
• Design scalable agent architectures blending LLMs, retrieval, memory, tools, and enterprise data.
• Build integrations that interact safely with customer systems under governance and security rules.
• Prototype new AI capabilities and evolve prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Lead architecture discussions and document reusable patterns and deployment strategies.
