Accellor, an AI-native services firm in the United States, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to advance how software is designed, built, tested, and delivered using frontier AI models and coding agents. You will work with models from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and other providers, alongside AI development environments such as Cursor.

You will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with prompt engineering and agent orchestration to improve development productivity, software quality, and

Competenze

• 0–4 years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or applied AI development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TS/JavaScript, Java, Go, or C#).
• Hands-on experience applying frontier models (OpenAI/Anthropic Claude) to software development.
• Experience with Cursor or similar AI coding environments.
• Strong prompt engineering skills: task decomposition, context prep, structured outputs, iterative evaluation.
• Working knowledge of Git, PRs, debugging, automated testing, APIs, and CI/CD.

Mansioni

• Build and Deliver Software: develop features, fix defects, refactor, and write automated tests using AI-assisted tools.
• Develop and Evaluate Prompts: design effective prompts, repository instructions, and reusable workflows; provide models with architecture and standards.
• Orchestrate Coding Agents: build coordinated coding agents, define task delegation and handovers, manage parallel execution and integration.
• Improve Engineering Efficiency: choose models/tools, optimize context size/cost, measure throughput and delivery trends, share reusable practices.
