Job summary

Prime Intellect, Inc. is building an open frontier AI platform that unifies training, evaluation, and deployment at scale. You will design agent capabilities, join a team bridging research and customers, and prototype systems that operate reliably in production.

You will work on post-training methods, evaluation, and multi-agent frameworks, with a path toward leadership in frontier AI infra and collaboration with top researchers and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong background in ML engineering with post-training, RL, or alignment experience.
• Experience with data-driven evaluation frameworks and large-model workflows.
• Expertise in distributed training/inference and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agent-driven systems for real workloads at scale.
• Collaborate with RL/eval teams to align models with customer data.
• Prototype agents and eval harnesses; iterate with customers.
• Build robust data capture, versioning, and feedback pipelines.
