The role focuses on research and engineering at scale, optimizing inference workloads, and publishing in top conferences. Remote or hybrid work options are available from San Francisco offices.

Qualifications

• End-to-end AI/ML pipelines for large-scale models.
• Distributed inference expertise for scalable AI workloads.
• MLOps best practices: versioning, experiment tracking, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead research to build a massive-scale synthetic data pipeline and orchestration solution.
• Optimize AI inference compute and memory usage with the latest techniques.
• Contribute to open-source libraries for synthetic data generation and distributed RL frameworks.
• Publish research in ICML and NeurIPS.
• Distill project outcomes in technical blogs for customers and developers.
• Stay up-to-date with AI/ML infrastructure advances to enhance the platform.
