Key Responsibilities

• Deeply explore and comprehend an extensive, long-lived codebase, understanding existing behaviors and conventions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, suggesting modern best practices and innovative solutions where current conventions may be outdated.
• Develop robust, concise, and reusable client-side code, ensuring comprehensive testing and clear documentation.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and thoughtfully incorporating feedback to enhance personal skills and align with team standards.
• Effectively utilize AI-assisted development tools while maintaining full responsibility for the quality and correctness of your code.
• Efficiently investigate bug reports, providing well-scoped fixes or actionable resolution plans for our support team.
• Skillfully scope, prioritize, estimate, and organize work into manageable tasks for timely delivery.
• Attend regular video-conference check-ins and actively contribute to technical discussions with the team.
• Communicate transparently with the public, collaborating with support staff or directly engaging through forums and issue trackers.
• Contribute collaboratively to design and architectural discussions, influencing the future direction of our platform.
• Undertake other related duties as directed by the Lead Developer.
