Job summary

KoboToolbox is seeking a Frontend Web Application Developer to join a remote team building a large-scale platform used for data collection worldwide. The role covers 35-40 hours per week during US East business hours and focuses on client-side development for API-driven SPAs.

You will own UI components, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to a mission-driven humanitarian project. The ideal candidate has strong TypeScript/React experience, comfort with legacy tech, and a track record

Qualifications

• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and associated technologies, including styling, state management, and efficient data exchange over HTTP.
• Experience writing, deploying, and maintaining client-side code for API-driven SPAs.
• Ability to work with legacy technologies and contribute to large-scale web applications.
